Local figs featured in cocktails, desserts and more in August

Topped off with a candied lemon wheel, this refreshing and not-too-sweet cocktail is available in the Lobby Lounge for USD 14.00.

Texas Goat Cheese Cheesecake – Available only on the 3 for USD 36.00 Dinner Menu in TRIO, the light-as-a-cloud Texas Goat Cheese Cheesecake is not your average dessert thanks to cheese handmade down the road in Dripping Springs and figs roasted to perfection in port wine.
