(PRESS RELEASE) DUBAI, 2025-May-16 — /Travel PR News/ — flydubai, the Dubai-based carrier, is set to begin daily flights to Peshawar from 15 May 2025, expanding its network in Pakistan. Flights to Bacha Khan International Airport (PEW), also known as Peshawar Airport, will operate from Terminal 2 at Dubai International (DXB), providing customers with more travel options between the UAE and the region.
flydubai’s new daily service to Peshawar is the latest addition to the airline’s growing network in Pakistan. Since launching its first flights to Karachi in 2010, the carrier has expanded its services to include Faisalabad, Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Quetta, and Sialkot.
Peshawar, located in northwestern Pakistan, is one of South Asia’s oldest cities with a rich cultural heritage. The city is home to historical landmarks such as Bala Hisar Fort and the Qissa Khwani Bazaar, which once served as a vibrant gathering place for traders and poets.
Today, flydubai’s network spans more than 130 destinations, with 97 of them being underserved markets that previously lacked direct air links to Dubai. The airline operates a modern fleet of 89 Boeing 737 aircraft, providing passengers with an efficient and reliable travel experience.
