Bellevue, WA, 2014-3-13 — /Travel PR News/ — Expedia® Affiliate Network (EAN), the private label arm of the Expedia, Inc. group, the world’s largest online travel company, announced today a strengthening of its executive leadership team with two new hires. Stuart Silberg will lead EAN as its new Chief Technology Officer and Steve Henrickson as its Chief Financial Officer.
Stuart Silberg is joining the EAN brand with over 24 years in IT. Silberg served in a number of capacities in the industry including as the Senior Vice President Delivery for Healthcare at global consulting services provider Ness IBS and as the Vice President of Engineering and Acting CTO for Move Inc. and Realtor.com, the No 1 internet site for Real Estate in the USA. The depth of his experience will add significant strength to the EAN management team. Prior to joining EAN, Silberg served as Chief Technology Officer for the Hotels.com brand for over 2 years where he was responsible for all technologies, technical product development and technical operations for the brand, which has 85 localised sites around the world.
Silberg holds a B.Sc. with Honours from the University of Central Lancashire.
Steve Henrickson is joining the EAN brand with over 20 years in Finance and Operations. Henrickson brings a breadth of experience having worked for companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Nextel, Cingular (AT&T) and most recently, Microsoft, before joining the Expedia family in 2007. Henrickson began his career with Expedia Inc. as the Director of Finance for the shared service functions which include Legal, HR, IT Operations, and Real Estate. His increasing responsibilities focused on Technology, Customer Operations, and Corporate Finance. He most recently served as Vice President of Finance, Global Customer Operations, for Expedia Inc.
Henrickson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Winona State University in Minnesota.
