
Emirates Tops YouGov’s Global Recommend Rankings with 88.4% Score
(IN SHORT) Emirates has clinched the top spot in YouGov’s 2025 Most Recommended Global Brands list with an 88.4% Recommend score, making it the only airline in the global top 10. Based on over one million BrandIndex surveys across 28 markets between June 2024 and May 2025, this accolade underscores Emirates’ successful “Fly Better” strategy. In early 2025, the airline added three new routes (with Hangzhou forthcoming), opened nine revamped travel retail stores, deployed the A350 on ten destinations, and became the first Autism Certified Airline™. By year-end, Emirates will serve more than 70 cities with updated cabin interiors on nearly half its network and roll out over two million Premium Economy seats. Emirates previously led YouGov’s 2024 UAE rankings and topped U.S. customer satisfaction among U.S. carriers in 2024.

The airline is the sole aviation company to break into YouGov’s global top 10, achieving an impressive Recommend score of 88.4%—a clear margin ahead of its nearest rival.
YouGov’s Most Recommended Brands rankings evaluate the proportion of customers who say they would endorse a brand to friends or colleagues. Drawing on data from over one million BrandIndex surveys across 28 markets, the recommendations reflect daily consumer sentiment tracked from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. Scores for each leading brand are weighted by the size of its active customer base in each market.

In the first half of 2025, Emirates broadened its reach by launching routes to three new cities—soon to be joined by Hangzhou—opened nine redesigned retail stores across Asia, Africa, and Europe, introduced the Airbus A350 on ten routes, and earned the distinction of the world’s first Autism Certified Airline™, underscoring its drive to make air travel accessible to all.
Looking ahead to December 2025, Emirates will fly to over 70 cities using aircraft fitted with the latest interiors on its Boeing 777, A380, and A350 fleets—accounting for nearly half of its destinations—and will offer more than two million Premium Economy seats, allowing more passengers to enjoy its next-generation premium experience.
Emirates was previously celebrated by YouGov as the most recommended brand in the UAE in 2024, with a Recommend score of 92.6%. In YouGov’s 2024 U.S. Airlines Report, the airline achieved the highest customer satisfaction among U.S. flyers and ranked among the top ten carriers favored by Millennials and Gen Z.
