(PRESS RELEASE) Dubai, UAE, 2024-Oct-23 — /Travel PR News/ — Emirates has launched an exclusive Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge experience in its Concourse B Business Class Lounge at Dubai International Airport, showcasing its long-standing partnership with Moët Hennessy. The latest collaboration between the airline and the iconic champagne house features a meticulously curated champagne and canapés pairing menu, developed over several months by Emirates’ master chefs and Moët & Chandon’s experts.
The striking lounge, designed with a golden wave motif adorned with 2,400 hand-applied gold leaves, offers guests four of Moët & Chandon’s finest champagnes: Moët Impérial, Rosé Impérial, Nectar Impérial, and the Grand Vintage 2013. Visitors can enjoy an immersive experience, sampling these exquisite champagnes with carefully crafted canapés based on three key principles: using minimalist, high-quality ingredients; achieving harmony in flavor pairing; and creating visually stunning presentations.
Moët Impérial Brut, the first champagne on the menu, is paired with dishes such as Salmon tiradito and Tuna tartare, chosen for their ability to enhance the champagne’s fresh, citrus notes. Moët Rosé Impérial, with its bouquet of red fruits and florals, is accompanied by vibrant summer-inspired dishes like Beetroot moutabel and Fennel-infused spinach dip. The Moët Grand Vintage 2013, with its soft autumnal flavors, is paired with refined selections like Foie gras on toasted brioche. The pairing menu concludes with the sweet Moët Nectar Impérial, paired with delectable desserts such as Mango trifle and Blueberry cheesecake.
This unique experience is available to all guests in the Concourse B Business Class Lounge at Dubai International Airport, offering a taste of luxury as travelers await their flights.
