This milestone marks another significant achievement for the partnership, which has been instrumental in streamlining travel and enhancing connectivity through Dubai’s robust air travel hub.
Since their collaboration began in 2017, the combined networks of Emirates and flydubai have expanded to cover 240 destinations in more than 100 countries, providing travelers with unmatched choice and convenience. Together, the two carriers have delivered seamless travel experiences for over 22 million passengers, offering an integrated loyalty programme and a range of enhanced services such as optimized flight schedules, seamless check-ins, efficient baggage transfers, and easier connections at Dubai International Airport (DXB).

From just 29 cities in 2017, the Emirates and flydubai joint network now spans 240 destinations, offering a combined 295 codeshare flights daily. This collaboration ensures greater flexibility for travelers, who can access an expanded range of flight times and seamless connections between the two airlines. Flydubai operates 330 weekly flights from Terminal 3 at Dubai Airport to key destinations such as Zanzibar, Kathmandu, and Naples, while Emirates passengers can explore more than 132 flydubai destinations, with flydubai customers accessing 142 Emirates destinations.
The continued success of the partnership is also reflected in the growing demand for premium cabins, with a 31% increase in bookings. This highlights the strength of both airlines’ product offerings and their ability to meet the evolving needs of travelers.
Emirates has also expanded its network with new flights to Bogotá, Colombia, and Antananarivo, Madagascar, and plans to add more destinations such as Da Nang, Siem Reap, and Shenzhen this summer. Similarly, flydubai is adding 10 new cities, including Antalya, Basel, and Al Alamein for the summer season.
