The A350’s deployment marks another milestone in Emirates’ commitment to strengthening ties between Dubai and Amman, supporting connectivity, tourism, and trade. (PRESS RELEASE) DUBAI/ AMMAN, 2025-May-20 — /Travel PR News/ — Emirates has advanced the deployment of its brand-new A350 aircraft to Amman, with the inaugural flight landing at Queen Alia International Airport on 20 May 2025, marking the start of regular service for the second daily flight between Dubai and Amman. Originally scheduled for 1 June, the new aircraft began operations two weeks ahead of schedule. EK 905 departed Dubai at 2210 hrs on 19 May and touched down in Amman at 0015 hrs on 20 May. EK 906 then left Amman at 0205 hrs and arrived in Dubai at 0605 hrs.

The Emirates A350 is a state-of-the-art three-class aircraft featuring 312 seats, including 32 Business Class lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, 21 Premium Economy seats in a 2-3-2 layout, and 259 spacious Economy Class seats in a 3-3-3 arrangement. With its higher ceilings, wider aisles, and quieter cabin, the A350 provides passengers with unparalleled comfort on their journey.

Onboard, passengers in all classes will experience Emirates’ latest in-flight entertainment system, enhanced cabin lighting, faster Wi-Fi, and ergonomically designed seats for maximum comfort.

The A350’s arrival in Amman is a significant step in Emirates’ longstanding relationship with Jordan, which dates back to 1986. This new deployment reinforces the airline’s commitment to the Jordanian market, enhancing connectivity, tourism, and trade links between Dubai, Amman, and other destinations worldwide. Emirates also operates the iconic A380 to Amman on flight EK903/904.

Currently, the Emirates A350 serves six destinations including Edinburgh, Kuwait, and Mumbai. By the end of this year, the A350 will be operating on 17 global routes, with upcoming destinations such as Oslo, Istanbul, and Ho Chi Minh City.
