Bradford joins the team from his previous position as beverage director at Crustacean Beverly Hills.
As a third-generation Angeleno, Bradford has cultivated more than ten years of experience working in various avenues of the Los Angeles hospitality industry. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in both history and political science from Claremont McKenna College, and completing the Wine Professional Certificate Program from Irvine Valley College, Bradford began his professional wine endeavours as area sales manager with Fairest Cape Beverage Company in Irvine. Since then, he has developed diverse wine programs at venues such as Bouchée Restaurant and Wine Merchants in Carmel, Cetrella in Half Moon Bay and AnQi by Crustacean in Costa Mesa – racking up accolades such as multipleWine Spectator “Best of Award of Excellence” and Wine Enthusiast“Ultimate Award of Distinction.” Bradford honourably serves as a member of the Society of Wine Educators and a judge at the Los Angeles International Wine Competition.

Bradford will continue to develop Culina’s carefully composed wine program, which features more than 200 labels representing Italy’s finest, with a vast percentage available by the glass or carafe. The collection’s mix of notable gems and indigenous varietals includes a unique range of aperitifs, dessert wines such as Vin Santo paired with cantucci for dipping, dozens of digestifs in the grappa and amaro style, along with a seasonal cocktail list featuring Italy’s favourite liqueurs to round out the beverage offerings.
