Choice Hotels Unveils New Visual Identities for Radisson Brands in the Americas

New logos, which will start to appear at hotels this year, shepherd in a new phase of Radisson upscale brand advancements, including first on-property elements developed by Choice following its repositioning of the brands

The updated logos represent a blend of each brand’s legacy with modern design elements, enhancing the guest experience. These changes are accompanied by a series of upgrades, including new dining concepts and property renovations. The redesigned properties, such as the Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport and Radisson Blu Fargo, will feature the new logos this year, with further investments in key locations like the Radisson Blu Mall of America and Radisson Salt Lake City Hotel. The rebranding aims to strengthen the Radisson brand in the upscale and upper-upscale segments of the hotel industry.

The redesign pays tribute to each brand’s history while embracing modernity and innovation. The Radisson logo nods to the brand’s American roots with an updated version of the original signage, featuring bold uppercase fonts. Radisson Blu, with its Scandinavian roots, showcases a minimalist, gradient typeface that embodies the brand’s design-forward heritage. Radisson Individuals, which focuses on boutique and independent hotels, features a subtle, simplified logo that highlights the distinctiveness of each property.

The changes are part of a broader initiative to elevate the guest experience, including new dining concepts, enhanced amenities, and property renovations. The first redesigned hotels, including the Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport in Texas and Radisson Blu Fargo in North Dakota, will showcase the new visual identities this year.

Further investments in the Radisson brand include a $15 million renovation of the Radisson Blu Mall of America, as well as recent updates to the Radisson Salt Lake City Hotel, which blends modern design with local influences. In addition, upcoming openings in Mexico and Panama will highlight the refreshed Radisson look, reinforcing the brand’s presence in key leisure destinations.
