BUFFALO, N.Y. and CHARLESTON, S.C., 2017-Feb-08 — /Travel PR News/ — Delaware North has announced the opening of Charleston Beer Works at Charleston International Airport (CHS), which marks the eighth new concept for the company at CHS in the past 18 months. The popular eatery, which will be located in Concourse A, is known throughout Charleston for its locally sourced food, diverse beer selection and laid back atmosphere.
“In under two years, we’ve taken a great leap forward with CHS to not only modernize dining at the airport but also give it a distinct flavor of Charleston,” said Kevin Kelly, president of Delaware North’s travel division. “Charleston Beer Works has earned a reputation of being a one-stop shop for the region’s best-known beers and scratch-made pub fare— we’re delighted to bring that to travelers at CHS.”
Charleston Beer Works has been a local favorite in the city’s historic downtown district since 2003, boasting an impressive menu of local beers and other Charleston-area favorites. The airport location serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will feature an assortment of local craft beers, wines, Stubborn sodas, and specialty cocktails. The food menu will feature pub and local favorites, including The Chuck-town Hot Brown Turkey Sandwich, Spicy Pork Loin Panini, The Cheesesteak and The Distinguished Pig Pork Sandwich.
Last year, Delaware North opened Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear Grill, Caviar & Bananas, DeSano Pizza Bakery, Burger King and two Harvest & Grounds locations.
