A seasoned expert in luxury hospitality, Chadi brings over 20 years of international experience, having shaped his career across continents, from the Americas and Asia to Africa and the Middle East.

Born in Lebanon, Chadi spent his formative years between Beirut and the east and west coasts of the United States. He earned a Diploma in Hotel Management from La Salle College in Montreal, Canada, before advancing his education at Cornell University in New York, where he delved into Revenue Management and Real Estate and Asset Management. This fusion of hospitality expertise and business acumen, paired with his relentless ambition, set the stage for an impressive global trajectory.

Chadi’s path in luxury hospitality kicked off in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he refined his skills in front office oversight and housekeeping at The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel. His talent and determination soon propelled him to Al Faisaliah in Saudi Arabia and then to Raffles in Beijing, where he served as executive assistant manager of rooms. Drawn by opportunities in both Asia and the Americas, he took on operational leadership at Fairmont Mayakoba in Mexico and later joined the team re-launching Raffles Singapore as hotel manager. After a captivating stint in Marrakech, Morocco, Chadi assumed the role of General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca in 2022.

Fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish, Chadi’s linguistic versatility matches his worldly travels. He’s eager to brush up on his Mandarin as he embarks on this new chapter in Shenzhen. Having met his wife, Yuan, in Beijing, Chadi and his family are excited to immerse themselves in one of China’s most verdant urban landscapes.

“Returning to China and settling into Shenzhen feels invigorating,” Chadi remarked. “From my initial visit, I was struck by the city’s bold, innovative spirit—an economic dynamo that sparks inspiration. My career over the past two decades has been filled with achievements, and I’m thrilled to channel that energy into this role. The possibilities in such a lively city, paired with the forward-thinking team at Four Seasons Shenzhen, are truly exciting.”
Dubbed China’s “Silicon Valley,” Shenzhen offers a vibrant stage for Chadi’s extensive experience in luxury hospitality. Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen, an art-infused oasis, balances the city’s bustling energy with serene access to nearby mountains and greenery. It’s this blend of urban vitality and peaceful retreat that Chadi is passionate about enhancing, guiding the hotel toward new heights of excellence.
