Building Dreams in Hospitality – A Month of Growth, Learning, and Inspiration with Radisson
(NEWS) BRUSSELS, 2025-Sep-30 — /Travel PR News/ — Radisson Hotel Group has announced the launch of Career Fest 2025, its largest-ever career festival dedicated to advancing talent in the hospitality industry. Taking place throughout October, the hybrid event will unite more than 75,000 employees and aspiring professionals across over 105 countries, offering a month of activities designed to inspire, educate, and connect the next generation of hospitality leaders. With a global workforce representing 142 nationalities and a network of more than 1,580 hotels, the Group is positioning Career Fest as a cornerstone in its strategy to remain an employer of choice worldwide.
The program builds on the success of previous editions by introducing an expanded format that merges internal initiatives with external activations. Participants will gain access to workshops, mentoring opportunities, panel discussions, and interactive sessions covering everything from interview preparation and career planning to leadership development and industry trends. All activities are guided by three pillars: helping participants find their passion, supporting career development through practical resources, and inspiring professionals to take the next step in their journeys.

A key feature this year is the debut of Career Space, a digital hub created to give employees streamlined access to tools, resources, and opportunities. The Group is also unveiling a new career site for external candidates, designed to showcase Radisson’s employee value proposition and highlight opportunities across its global operations. Career Fest will include both global virtual sessions and locally tailored hotel activations, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility across regions.
Executive Vice President and Global Chief People & Resources Officer, Iñigo Capell, emphasized that the event reflects Radisson’s ongoing investment in people and its commitment to fostering diverse and rewarding careers in hospitality. The program includes major highlights such as the Opening Ceremony on October 8, exclusive team workshops from October 13–30, global Open Days from October 27–30, and a Closing Ceremony on October 30, celebrating achievements and career milestones across the Group’s international network.
Alongside Radisson Hotel Group’s commitment to career development, other major players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem are also driving transformative initiatives to expand access to skills and opportunities. According to press announcements published on TravelPRNews.com, Amadeus, through its Community Impact program, has partnered with the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance to scale the Employability Program globally, equipping disadvantaged youth with digital and hospitality skills and creating new career pathways in collaboration with hotels and NGOs. Similarly, Hilton continues to strengthen its Travel with Purpose strategy, empowering nearly half a million team members while delivering close to one million lifelong learning and career opportunities in 139 countries, coupled with strong investments in training, mentorship, and community projects. Together, these initiatives reflect a wider industry movement where global brands are investing not only in business growth but also in building inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready workforces that align closely with the spirit of Radisson’s Career Fest 2025.
