2013-04-15 — /travelprnews.com/ — Café Boulud unveils its brand new lunch menu, designed to service diners, start-to-finish in an hour with a Ride and Dine promotion, allowing guests travelling from the downtown Toronto area to arrive in style with a free black car ride from Uber car service.*
Café Boulud’s new lunch menu now offers a combination of options. From a two-course CAD 29.00 prix fixe featuring choices of lobster bisque, charcuterie, nine herb agnolotti and madeleines for everyone, to the a la carte menu of Boulud favourites including the vadouvan chicken salad, spring vegetable tart and Kolapore Springs speckled trout. Items making their first-ever debut include the chop chop salad, moules with red curry, and the juicy lamb burger with eggplant, tzatiki and sweet potato chips.
“We recognize that lunch should not be a long ordeal, cutting way deep into lunch hours and making it nearly impossible to leave the office due to time constraints,” explains Hani Roustom, general manager of Café Boulud and dbar at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. “So whether you’re on a time crunch or need to refuel while shopping on the Mink Mile, this offer is sure to get you in and out in no time, if that’s what you prefer of course.”
