ATHENS, Greece, 2013-06-25 — /travelprnews.com/ — Hilton Athens‘ outdoor swimming pool, the largest in the city, has long been favoured by Athenians as an oasis in which to relax. This year, guests have more reasons to visit with complimentary Wi-Fi, special discounts for children and the brand new menu at the Oasis Pool Bar & Grill.
Guests can enjoy complimentary Internet access while sunbathing or having a coffee or lunch at the Oasis Pool Bar & Grill, located at the pool area. The new executive chef, Dimitris Melemenis, has created a healthy light menu, ideal to accompany relaxing moments in the sun, feauturing a cool tuna tataki salad; rocket salad with mastelo, strawberries and balsamic vinegar; beef steak with ratatouille, roasted potatoes and tsimitsouri sauce; spaghetti with pepper and pumpkin and many more delicious dishes. Oasis also offers a wide variety of juices and smoothies. Guests can try the ‘Spa Surprise’ with carrot, peach, honey and milk or the ‘Fitness’ with carrot, celery and tomato juice.
The swimming pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the Oasis Pool Bar & Grill from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Entry for the guests staying at the hotel is complimentary. Entry for outside guests is € 25 on weekdays and € 40 on weekends. Since one visit is never enough, guests can take advantage of either the three to five- ticket packages or the one, three to six-month membership packages.
Children up to five years old swim for free in the specially designed children’s pool, while children from six to 12 years old have 50 percent discount on daily entry and subscriptions. For more information, call 210-7281801.
