Air Partner, the leading air charter broker, was delighted to be selected by Twofour Group to fly the celebrity contestants for Channel 4’s hit show The Jump.
London, UK, 2014-2-6 — /travelprnews.com/ — Air Partner flew the celebrity contestants and the show’s team from Gatwick to Innsbruck for training on a Bombardier Dash 8 aircraft on 15 December, before returning on 21 December. The Group then organised the ‘wrap up’ flight on 4 February when all the filming had finished. The Group flew 82 people, including all the celebrity contestants, presenters, crew, and some equipment, back from Innsbruck to London Gatwick on an RJ85 aircraft. The team at Air Partner worked to co-ordinate a bespoke experience for the guests. The interior of the plane sported branded headrest covers, making the charter flight part of the brand experience.

The Jump was a live prime-time event show produced by Twofour Group and GME for Channel 4. Broadcast live from a mountainside in Austria, the show saw 12 celebrities confront their fears and each other to compete in a series of extreme open air alpine challenges. The competing contestants were trained by expert coaches and Olympians in some of the most terrifying winter sports including skiing, skeleton, slalom and ski jumping. The contestants included Donal MacIntyre, Joe McElderry, Sir Steve Redgrave, Sinitta, Ritchie Neville, Nicky Clarke, Melinda Messenger, Marcus Brigstocke, Laura Hamilton, Kimberley Wyatt, Henry Conway, Darren Gough, Anthea Turner and Amy Childs.
