Then evoke the senses with Love: roasted lobster and scallop with sun dried tomato and almond pesto, and mozzarella cheese cream and basil oil ; followed by Heart : roasted veal tenderloin with sweetheart duck ravioli, wild mushrooms and red wine sauce . For the grand finale, Temptation: apple indulgence with chocolate ganache and raspberry caviar make for a sweet happy ending.
The Valentine’s Day dinner in the Hotel’s Pava Room starts at 6.00 pm. Five-course menu is priced at HUF 21,500, with wines HUF 27,000 per person.
