(NEWS) FARMINGDALE, NY, 2025-Sep-17 — /Travel PR News/ — Patina Group, the official catering partner of the PGA of America, has announced a sweeping hospitality program for the 2025 Ryder Cup, which will take place from September 23–28 at Bethpage Black on Long Island. The company, renowned for elevating dining at major events like the PGA Championship, will oversee nearly every aspect of food and beverage operations, delivering a restaurant-quality experience within an immense, purpose-built venue. More than 1.5 million square feet of constructed space, including 16 kitchens, 64 chalets, 64 suites, and six triple-decker clubs, will transform the legendary golf course into a world-class dining and hospitality destination.

With more than 2,000 staff members and executive chefs drawn from Patina’s flagship restaurants across New York, California, Orlando, and Boston, the group will provide meals for thousands of premium guests daily, alongside concessions for Ryder Cup+ ticket holders, players, families, media, volunteers, and staff. Delaware North’s UK hospitality team will also play a role, ensuring European players and their families receive tailored dining experiences. Patina is highlighting local partnerships by sourcing from New York vendors such as Bagel Boss, Eli’s Bakery, Gotham Seafood, and L’Arte De Gelato, bringing regional authenticity to the event’s offerings.

The hospitality scale is staggering: projected consumption includes 135,000 burgers, 93,000 hot dogs, 70,000 Italian sausages, nearly half a million beers, and more than 650,000 bottles of water. With 262 points of sale across 18 bar locations, along with seven Ryder Cup+ concession markets offering unlimited entrées, snacks, and beverages, the event aims to set a new benchmark for culinary experiences at global sporting events.

As part of the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black, Patina Group will join a roster of high-profile partners, including American Airlines, which was recently named the Official Airline of the PGA of America, PGA HOPE, the PGA Championship, and Ryder Cup USA through 2027. This landmark partnership is set to enhance the travel experience for PGA Professionals and fans alike, while also providing AAdvantage® members with exclusive access to VIP lounges and unique redemption opportunities for premium experiences at major golf events. American Airlines will further strengthen its role in the sport by supporting PGA HOPE’s flagship Secretary’s Cup, flying teams of military veterans to the annual tournament during PGA Championship week. Together, these partnerships highlight how both Patina Group and American Airlines are contributing to elevating the Ryder Cup, blending world-class hospitality and culinary excellence with seamless travel and memorable fan engagement.
