A Four Seasons veteran with over 25 years’ service and recent tenure as COO of Aman, Trodd brings a wealth of strategic insight and operational expertise to lead the new luxury yachting venture slated to launch in 2026.

Trodd’s career at Four Seasons has encompassed roles from General Manager to Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, giving him an intimate grasp of the brand’s commitment to integrated, guest-centric experiences. Based in Miami, he will oversee every aspect of Four Seasons Yachts—from technical operations and ship deployment to sales, marketing and crew management—working alongside shipbuilder Fincantieri and Tillberg Design of Sweden.

The inaugural ship, Four Seasons I, will set sail in 2026, carrying 95 residential-style suites and featuring a 1:1 guest-to-staff ratio. Guests will explore the Caribbean and Mediterranean aboard a vessel boasting 11 dining venues, a cutting-edge transverse marina activated on dedicated Marina Days, and comprehensive spa and wellness facilities—including the expansive 9,975-sq-ft Funnel Suite’s signature wraparound glass windows. A sister ship, Four Seasons II, will follow in 2027.
