Fresca, Stefano’s and Byblos restaurants offer guests a menu lift-up.

At Stefano’s Restaurant, Italian Chef Francesco Picaro showcases the intersection of traditional dishes and modern gourmet cuisine with a menu guided by exceptional ingredients to satisfy the passion for food and travel at once. As northern Italians do, guests can savour the zuppa di zucca- pumpkin soup with toasted almond – and for the main course Chef recommends the famous ossobuco, served with parmesan and saffron risotto. Pastas are created in-house and blended with robust flavours to create new tastes, such as cannelloni stuffed with potatoes, spinach and dried beef then finally topped with parmesan. For the true taste of Sicily, the spaghetti con gamberi – with prawns – is a dish that reflects the amazing seafood experience that this region offer, especially at Mazara del Valo, which is considered a prime fishing port for Italy.
Heading to the Middle East, nothing beats a Lebanese night overlooking the Mediterranean around a specialty mezzeh and Beirut-style veal chops with spiced basmati rice. At Byblos Restaurant, guests can indulge themselves in new menu that includes a traditional Lebanese fattah, which is made from chicken, rice and bread and topped with yogurt and chickpeas.
At Fresca Café, guest are invited to discover Chef Ossama Hafez’s latest creative additions to this lively café ambiance. The menu is inspired by Alexandrian seafood heritage and international tastes. For an exotic culinary flavour, prawn and pear mixed with lettuce, caramelized onion, parmesan cheese and yogurt dressing sets a whole different salad experience for a healthy approach. For pizza lovers, fresh salmon pizza with white sauce is Fresca Café’s new addition to its generous list of pizzas specially cooked à l’Italian. For a sweet tooth, guests can indulge in the new dessert display with a variety of delicacies such as carrot cake, coffee beans and chocolate tarts.
