Grewal comes to GBTA from J.D. Power where she led strategic global relationships with major hotel, airline, airport, car rental, OTA, cruise lines and travel associations in measuring and managing the customer experience. Sehrab’s work included partnering with senior executives to drive continuous performance improvement through research, advisory and consulting solutions. These solutions included customer experience, loyalty program, NPS and digital benchmarking, and customer experience measurement and management for B2C and meetings and events businesses. Throughout her career, Sehrab has worked for industry leaders such as Starwood, Best Western and others where she held leadership positions with responsibility for marketing and sales performance, loyalty acquisition and retention and stakeholder management.
