2013-08-23 — /travelprnews.com/ — This September Park 75 Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta will get in the spirit with a Beer Fest menu that will make any southern beer connoisseur glow with pride.

Park 75 new Southern Brews section of the menu features beers from across the region. The menu includes Abita Amber from Louisiana, Highland Brewing Company’s Black Mocha Stout from North Carolina and Mississippi’s Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan.

Atlanta’s best breweries are represented on the menu with Red Brick Brewing’s Hotlanta, Sweetwater 420, and Wild Heaven’s Innovation, while Athens’ own Terrapin Rye Pale Ale rounds out the list.

Exclusively during the month of September, Park 75 will also feature Wild Heaven’s Let There Be Light for only USD 6.00 daily.

The perfect snack pairing for this southern beer tour: Uncle Rudi’s pretzels, of course. Baked in-house daily, this recipe is has been passed down for generations in Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker’s family. The German-style pretzel will be served with house-made spicy mustard for only USD 3.00 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm daily.

“My Uncle Rudi was from southern Germany and took his pretzels seriously,” shares Chef Gerstenecker. “I wouldn’t dare to serve any other pretzel; this pretzel is the perfect snack with a good beer.”

This September head to Park 75 Lounge for a beer brewed with southern pride and a snack flavoured with family memories – and salt.As we say in Georgia, “Cheers Y’all!”
