Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc. Announces Hollywood Limousine Service Inc. as the Preferred Proponent of On-Demand Sedan/Limousine Service Contract at the Airport

2013-04-09 — /travelprnews.com/ — Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc. is pleased to announce Hollywood Limousine Service Inc. as the preferred proponent of the on-demand sedan and limousine service contract for customers of the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport.

“Our goal is to provide passengers at the airport with an exceptional customer experience for the duration of their trip, including their ride to and from the airport,” said Barry Rempel, President & CEO of Winnipeg Airports Authority. “Today’s travellers have an expectation of services provided at airports around the world and it is our responsibility to ensure they receive the best level of service available in our community.”

“Hollywood Limousine is committed to exceeding customer expectations through friendly professional service and added perks such as free Wi-Fi,” said Ricky Brar from Hollywood Limousine Service Inc. “We are pleased to be part of the region’s growing tourism market, assisting passengers of Winnipeg Richardson International Airport with their travel needs.”

As part of their proposal, Hollywood Limousine has committed to a brand new fleet of luxury vehicles and will offset their carbon footprint by supporting the Manitoba Forestry Association. They will offer free Wi-Fi to customers, provide a tablet for use during the trip and offer convenient electronic payment processing. Hollywood Limousine Service is committed to providing all drivers with customer service and tourism training.

Sedan and limousine customers can expect the same flat rates from the airport that they currently enjoy.

The on-demand service contract is there to accommodate walk-up clients who do not have a pre-arranged airport pick-up. Customers continue to have the option of making arrangements in advance with a service provider of their choosing, or they may hire a sedan or limousine available at the curb.

Hollywood Limousine will begin offering on-demand service at the airport on Tuesday, April 16, 2013.
