Khatkar, who has built his career with Four Seasons since 2013, brings a wealth of international experience from properties in Doha, Kuwait, Toronto, and Whistler, where he most recently elevated guest experiences by introducing creative transformations such as the popular Library Bar. Resort Manager Juan Leonis praised Khatkar’s passion for hospitality, innovation, and commitment to excellence. With academic roots at IHM Chandigarh and Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, Khatkar is poised to bring fresh ideas and leadership to Lanai while enjoying the island’s unique landscapes and lifestyle.

This prestigious Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond destination will soon unveil the reimagined Osteria Mozza Lanai, scheduled to open on November 1, 2025, with Khatkar overseeing its launch alongside the resort’s established culinary venues.
Khatkar brings more than a decade of experience with Four Seasons to his new role, most recently serving at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. During his tenure there, he played a central role in elevating guest experiences, including transforming the Library Bar into one of Whistler’s most popular social spots. His journey with the brand began in 2013 at Four Seasons Hotel Doha as an Assistant Server, and over the years he has progressed through leadership positions across Four Seasons properties in Kuwait, Toronto, and Whistler.

Khatkar studied at IHM Chandigarh and later earned a Master’s degree from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, further grounding his professional expertise. Outside of his hospitality career, he enjoys mountain exploration, gardening, reading, and spending quality time with his family. Now, he is eager to immerse himself in Lanai’s distinctive natural beauty and cultural experiences.
