Budapest, Hungary, 2015-6-30 — /Travel PR News/ — The new line maintenance hangar of leading Central and Eastern European low cost carrier Wizz Air is taking shape quickly at the heart of the aircraft maintenance (MRO) area at Budapest Airport. The new hangar will be handed over to Wizz Air on 1 September 2015, and will serve the daily maintenance needs of the carrier’s dynamically growing fleet of Airbus A320s.
“We are pleased to see the rapid progress in the construction of the new Wizz Air hangar; every day brings us closer to the successful completion of this important development project,” commented René Droese, property director for Budapest Airport, in charge of the hangar investment project.
