This new multi-property management agreement will see significant refurbishments over the next few years, underscoring a strong vote of confidence in New Zealand’s accommodation sector amid the global tourism revival. Heritage Hotels will retain ownership of its properties, including Adina CityLife Auckland and Rendezvous Heritage Auckland, while TFE Hotels will take over operational management.
