Texas welcomes its first Signia by Hilton as La Cantera Resort & Spa conversion begins accepting reservations

Now accepting reservations for stays beginning October 1, 2025, the 496-room property is owned by Ohana Real Estate Investors and will be managed by Hilton. The resort, perched in the Texas Hill Country, recently completed a $40 million renovation that refreshed guest rooms, villas, dining outlets, and event spaces, positioning it as a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers.

Guests will have access to nine dining experiences, including Signature Restaurant, listed in the Michelin Guide Texas 2024, along with SweetFire Kitchen, Primero Cantina, and other casual options. Wellness and recreation take center stage with the award-winning Loma de Vida Spa & Wellness, a championship golf course, five pools, nature trails, and boutique-style villas. The resort also offers 115,000 square feet of meeting and event space, featuring a grand ballroom and the new Calera venue for weddings and social gatherings.

As part of the Signia by Hilton collection, the property will combine La Cantera’s established reputation with the brand’s hallmark of approachable luxury, dynamic dining, high-end wellness, and personalized service. The reflagging aligns with Signia’s global growth, joining recent openings such as Signia by Hilton Amman in Jordan and the upcoming Signia by Hilton Indianapolis in 2026. Hilton has also expanded its Signia brand in the Middle East with the opening of Signia by Hilton Amman, the first property under the flag in Jordan.
