SIA customers will enjoy exclusive Mandai wildlife experiences, stay packages, and co-branded merchandise via the Pelago platform and KrisShop. KrisFlyer members receive bonus miles and special promotions for new attractions Curiosity Cove and Exploria, plus mile-redemption for Colugo Camp. SIA will also sponsor animal transfers and repatriation efforts, while Mandai content debuts on SIA’s KrisWorld from August 2025. (PRESS RELEASE) SINGAPORE, 2025-Jul-10 — /Travel PR News/ — Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group and Mandai Wildlife Group today announced a three-year strategic partnership to elevate Singapore’s standing as a premier global destination, enrich traveler experiences with exclusive wildlife-themed privileges, and advance wildlife conservation both locally and regionally. This collaboration supports Singapore’s “City in Nature” vision by leveraging the Mandai Wildlife Reserve as a window to the wild.

Under the agreement, SIA customers will access specially curated wildlife experiences—ranging from behind-the-scenes tours at Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, and Rainforest Wild Asia to stay packages at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. Members of SIA’s travel platform Pelago can book these experiences, enjoy bonus KrisFlyer miles, and redeem miles for immersive offerings such as Colugo Camp, launching in Q3 2025. Co-branded merchandise will be available through KrisShop and Mandai retail outlets, while upcoming attractions Curiosity Cove and Exploria will feature launch promotions and mystery-gift incentives for KrisFlyer members.

Beyond guest benefits, SIA will provide air travel sponsorships and logistical support to Mandai, facilitating animal transfers between wildlife parks and accredited zoos worldwide, as well as repatriation initiatives. From August 2025, Mandai-themed documentaries—the two-part series The Great Migration: First Steps and New Eden—will debut on SIA’s KrisWorld in-flight entertainment, raising awareness of conservation efforts during Jurong Bird Park’s transition to Bird Paradise.
