With over 25 years of experience in creating customer-centric products, Ranganathan brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.

Ranganathan most recently served as Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, where she led teams focused on reimagining Windows experiences through AI and Copilot technologies, as well as developing productivity solutions such as Microsoft OneNote and To Do. During her 16+ years at Microsoft, she played a key role in enhancing consumer and commercial applications across various platforms. Prior to Microsoft, she spent three years at Expedia, contributing to the development of core platforms for Expedia.com and other products.
Starting her new role in January, Ranganathan will join the Travel Leadership Team based in Seattle and report directly to CEO Ariane Gorin.
