2013-04-19 — /travelprnews.com/ — Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley will celebrate La Festa della Mamma with brunch served throughout the day on Mother’s Day.
Inspired by the celebration of family and community, Executive Chef Marco Fossati has created a festive menu, which will be served from 12:00 to 8:00 pm. The Mother’s Day Feast will include four courses, with choices for each course and an indulgent dessert buffet for USD 69.00 per guest. A kids menu will be available for younger diners, and will include favourite selections from Quattro’s children’s menu.
Four Seasons General Manager Tracy Mercer says of the menu, “Italian cuisine is often referred to as ‘Mother’s cuisine,’ with the menu celebrating family traditions. We look forward to sharing Quattro and Chef Fossati’s Mother’s Day traditions with our guests.”
