New mouth-watering burger flavours at Bristol Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Boston

Executive Chef Brooke Vosika and Sous Chef Robert Angelo have introduced three new burger flavours, which made their debut on July 17, 2013. Each flavour, along with Chef’s classic Bristol Burger, is guaranteed to dazzle the tastebuds of all Bostonians and guests’ alike:

• The Mushroom Burger: Bristol Burger with truffle bearnaise, caramelized mushrooms, onions, truffle fries
• The Bacon Burger: Bristol Burger with smoked bacon, barbecue aioli, American cheese, pickled pepper relish, truffle fries
• The Feta Burger: Bristol Burger with whipped feta cheese, heirloom tomato, corn salsa, truffle fries
• The Original: The #1 award-winning Bristol Burger, with aged Vermont cheddar, house made pickles, brioche bun, truffle fries

What inspired these new flavours? “One of our fabulous Sous Chefs, Robert Angelo, was instrumental in determing these newest flavours. These three burgers are fresh and flavourful for summer – the perfect combination,” says Chef Vosika.
