Marriott International Expands Branded Residences Portfolio with New Global Projects in Detroit, Muskoka, Costa Rica, and Saudi Arabia

(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK, NY, 2025-Jun-2 — /Travel PR News/ — Marriott International, the global leader in branded residential development, has announced new signed agreements in Detroit, Michigan; Muskoka, Canada; Gulf of Papagayo, Costa Rica; and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, further solidifying its position as the largest branded residential company globally. These new agreements bring Marriott’s branded residential portfolio to approximately 300 projects worldwide, spanning 17 brands across 50 countries and territories.
As Marriott celebrates 25 years of leadership in branded residences, the company continues to see robust growth in its residential portfolio. In the past five years, Marriott has generated $7.2 billion in residential sales revenue for third-party developers and increased its portfolio by nearly 60%. With plans to more than double its current portfolio, Marriott is poised for continued global expansion.
