Since launching a long-term cooperation agreement in January, the two companies announce a total of eight signings and two hotel openings in Mainland China

The new properties include five hotels in scenic destinations such as Shaoxing, Wenzhou, and Shangrao, set to open between 2025 and 2026. Two hotels, Grand New Century Hotel Hangzhou Boao and Wonderland Resort Hangzhou Jiande, are now open, offering distinct designs inspired by their local surroundings. This collaboration aims to grow the Tribute Portfolio brand with at least 100 properties planned for China, providing unique, independent travel experiences. Guests can enjoy loyalty benefits through Marriott Bonvoy and Betterwood programs.

The partnership has resulted in eight hotel signings and two official openings under Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand, reinforcing its presence across Mainland China.

The partnership’s latest milestones include five newly signed properties: Grand House hotel in Shaoxing, Grand New Century Hotel in Wenzhou, Wonderland Resort in Shangrao Sanqingshan, Grand House in Jiangyin, and Grand New Century Resort in Changxing. These hotels, expected to open between 2025 and 2026, will introduce Tribute Portfolio’s distinctive, independent experiences to scenic destinations across China.

Additionally, two of the first signed properties have officially opened: Grand New Century Hotel, Hangzhou Boao, and Wonderland Resort, Hangzhou Jiande. These hotels embody Tribute Portfolio’s unique character, with thoughtful designs inspired by their local surroundings, offering captivating social experiences and premium accommodations.

The five newly signed properties bring Tribute Portfolio to diverse locations, including the UNESCO-listed Sanqingshan in Shangrao and the picturesque Taihu Lake in Changxing. Each hotel draws inspiration from its surroundings, blending modern design with local cultural elements to deliver authentic and memorable guest experiences.

The Grand New Century Hotel, Hangzhou Boao, located in the Xiaoshan District, features an elegant design inspired by the nearby Xiang Lake, while the Wonderland Resort, Hangzhou Jiande, offers a tranquil retreat with lakeside cabins and villa-style lodges set in the stunning Fuchun River landscape.

Through this collaboration, Marriott and Delonix aim to add at least 100 Tribute Portfolio properties to Mainland China in the coming years, solidifying their commitment to delivering innovative, characterful hotels that resonate with independent-minded travelers.

Guests can now book the newly opened hotels through Marriott International and Delonix Group’s channels, with loyalty benefits available through Marriott Bonvoy and Betterwood programs.
