Lorde, real name Ella Yelich-O’Connor is a New Zealand singer taking the music world by storm.
Lorde embraced the digital era of music, releasing her debut EP The Love Club on SoundCloud in November 2012.
The first single from this EP was ‘Royals’ which not only debuted at No.1 on the New Zealand charts, but shot straight to the top of the American Billboard Hot 100 charts, making her the first Kiwi to achieve such a status.
