Slated to welcome guests in Q1 2026, this property underscores IHG’s commitment to growing its midscale conversion portfolio in emerging secondary and tertiary markets, where demand for dependable, world‑class lodging is on the rise.

Garner®, IHG’s newest midscale conversion brand, caters to value‑minded travellers by delivering reliable comfort, seamless convenience, and a relaxed service ethos. Each hotel features flexible communal areas and touches of local flair, ensuring guests feel at home whether on business or leisure. Franchise operations will be overseen by Royal Buildspace LLP, with Rosastays (Rosaoul Hotelco Pvt Ltd)—one of IHG’s preferred third‑party operators—managing Garner Etawah and Garner Kathua alongside the new Kutch opening.

Garner Kutch will offer 40 thoughtfully designed rooms, an all‑day dining venue, a swimming pool, fitness facilities, a spa, plus meeting and event spaces. Positioned in Gujarat’s largest district, the property will serve professionals, tourists, and conference attendees drawn by regional attractions and industrial growth.
