Chang’s fashion; with traditional dancing Chinese dragons, music, sushi samplings, and an official ribbon cutting.

Dishes at P.F. Chang’s are influenced by their “Farm-to-Wok” food philosophy which is embodied by daily scratch cooking of purposeful recipes made with clean ingredients and holding the highest respect for the power of a fiery wok. Travelers can experience this philosophy by tasting famous items like Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, Cecilia’s Handmade Dumplings, Kung Pao Chicken among others.

Sushi, a recent menu feature added at P.F. Chang’s restaurants in the United States, is taking the Tampa International Airport experience to an elite level, being the only airport location to offer this menu section. Signature Handrolled Sushi Rolls include favorites like California, Spicy Tuna, Kaleidoscope, Aloha and P.F. Chang’s Roll among others.

The P.F. Chang’s space in Tampa International Airport, located pre-security, is intended to welcome travelers with a relaxing setting that is familiar to regular P.F. Chang’s patrons, complete with the towering horse statue at the restaurant’s entrance. The design is contemporary, marked by a theme of openness that maximizes incoming natural light, along with cleanly finished stained wood planking, dark bartops and tabletops, and modern light fixtures.

Travelers without the luxury of time have the option to visit the grab-and-go area for a quick item such as a Chickn Banh Mi sandwich, Spicy Mango Chicken Wrap and Thai Peanut Noodle salad among others.

In the future, an outdoor patio seating and bar area will be added to give travelers the unlikely opportunity to enjoy some Florida sunshine and fresh air before boarding their airplane.

This location is HMSHost’s debut of the P.F. Chang’s brand; however, HMSHost and P.F. Chang’s Inc. have collaborated together in the past on several Pei Wei locations within the United States.
