Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills Launches Mobile App to Provide Access to Hotel Amenities and Services

New app from Intelity is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices.

2013-02-25 — /travelprnews.com/ — Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has launched a mobile app through Intelity, creator of the world’s first interactive guest service technology. This app is available on iPhone, iPad and Android devices, to provide access to the Hotel’s amenities and services from anywhere in the world.

This technology provides guests with the power to customize their individual stays and increase the overall efficiency of the Hotel’s operations. Guests can order in-room dining; make restaurant reservations; arrange for their car from valet parking; book Spa treatments; make housekeeping requests; research shopping, cultural and entertainment attractions; and much more, no matter where they are in the city.

“We constantly strive to offer cutting-edge technology, and this new mobile app will further enhance our guest’s access to our amenities, no matter where they are, yet all of our Hotel’s traditional services will still be available to our guests,” says General Manager Mehdi Eftekari.

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has put great emphasis on offering top technology throughout the Hotel. In 2011,Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills launched ICE technology (Interactive Customer Service) on iPad2 devices in all 285 guestrooms and suites with access to the Hotel’s services and amenities, bridging the gap of communication between staff and guests in real time. This new mobile app provides further access to the Hotel’s unique services and amenities from anywhere in the world.

The Hotel also features a select number of suites that are fiber optic wired for live broadcast opportunities, which are very popular with film press junkets, as well as JAMBOX wifi enabled speakers available upon request, and 42 to 50 inch flat-screen televisions in all 285 guestrooms and suites.
