Guangzhou, China, 2017-Dec-07 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou announces the appointment of its new General Manager Patrick Pollak, a Four Seasons veteran who brings to his new role 21 years of luxury hospitality experience in America and Mexico. Atop the 103-storey Guangzhou International Finance Center in the prime location of the city, the 344-room sky-high Hotel marks Pollak’s first post in Asia, at a new altitude.

Prior to joining Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, Pollak served as Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai and at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. Before that, he was Hotel Manager at Four SeasonsHotel Mexico City. His previous experience includes roles at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, The Ritz-Carlton Chicago (formerly a Four Seasons hotel) and Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City where he first joined as bar manager in 1996.
With his solid background in both city hotels and resorts in the past two decades, Pollak is well experienced to lead the team to the next level of excellence and contribute to the continued success of the award-winning Four SeasonsHotel Guangzhou.
A French native who grew up in Mexico, Pollak is fluent in English, French and Spanish. He looks forward to adding Mandarin to his list of languages as he embarks on the exciting China journey.
