Four Seasons Hotel Denver supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month with Drink Pink! promotion throughout the month of October 2013

2013-09-11 — /travelprnews.com/ — During the month of October, the colour pink and the topic of breast cancer awareness go hand-in-hand. AtFour Seasons Hotel Denver, both the colour and the cause are being celebrated – on the rocks.  Throughout the month of October 2013, three drinks are available at EDGE Restaurant & Bar as part of the Drink Pink! promotion at Four Seasons hotels and resorts.  A portion of sales from each of these specialty drinks will benefit Sense of Security, a Denver organization that provides financial assistance for patients undergoing breast cancer treatment.   Each of the drinks is pretty and pink, and equally delicious.

Starting Tuesday, October 1, guests can order the following Drink Pink! beverages at EDGE Bar:

• Pink Passion, USD 12.00:  This cocktail includes a rose sparkling wine, St-Germain elderflower liquor, Pink Fusion liquor, soda water, and a splash of lemonade.
• Ottobre Rosa, USD 12.00:  With Espolon Blanco tequila, San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa (Blood Orange flavoured), ruby red grapefruit and mint, this drink is EDGE’s take on a Mexican Paloma.
• Gruet Rose Sparkling Wine, USD 12.00: This rose features a bright, floral bouquet with hints of strawberry, raspberry and cherry.

In addition, a pink dessert is available, the Grapefruit Budino, for USD 8.00. The Grapefruit Budino is a light, refreshing dessert.

On Thursday, October 3, 2013, EDGE Bar will host a special event with Sense of Security to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  From 5:00 to 9:00 pm in EDGE Bar, drink specials will be offered, representatives will be on hand from Sense of Security, and donations will be accepted for the cause.  Ladies are encouraged to attend and wear pink for the theme.
