Philadelphia-born Chef Brian currently oversees four outlets in Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay including: CUT by Wolfgang Puck, CUT Bar & Lounge, re/ Asian Cuisine and Blue Moon Lounge. This latest recognition adds to his string of accolades over the years, including leading CUT by Wolfgang Puck to win Best Restaurant Overall in Bahrain for five consecutive years from 2016-2020, and re/ Asian Cuisine winning best Southeast Asian Restaurant and Best Saturday Brunch, among other accolades.
