(PRESS RELEASE) SEOUL, 2025-Jul-9 — /Travel PR News/ — Emirates, the world’s largest international carrier, has unveiled its inaugural Travel Store in Seoul, marking a milestone in the airline’s East Asia retail expansion and underscoring its dedication to pioneering passenger experiences. Officially opened on 9 July in Jongno-gu—a dynamic hub of business and culture—the 132 sqm boutique showcases Emirates’ hallmark products within a setting inspired by its premium cabin design.

The launch ceremony was attended by Emirates executives Nabil Sultan (Executive Vice President, Passenger Sales and Country Management), Orhan Abbas (Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations – Far East) and Jim Chang (Country Manager, South Korea), alongside UAE Ambassador to Korea His Excellency Abdulla Saif Ali Al Nuaimi and key media partners. Reflecting on two decades of service in Korea since 2005, Nabil Sultan noted that the Travel Store brings the airline’s “Fly Better” ethos to life locally, offering travelers innovative touchpoints and personalised support beyond the airport.

Inside, warm beige tones, ambient lighting and the UAE’s national Ghaf Tree motif create an inviting atmosphere reminiscent of Emirates’ lounges. Guests can explore a full-scale First Class Private Suite display, engage with expert travel consultants for tailored itineraries and bookings, and interact with digital features such as self-service kiosks, an interactive selfie mirror and live route and promotion screens.

Having carried over five million passengers on more than 14,000 Seoul–Dubai flights since 2005, Emirates now operates ten weekly services—featuring the retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER with Premium Economy and upgraded Business Class on routes EK324/325—and remains committed to enhancing connectivity and partnerships in the Korean market.
