EDINBURGH, Scotland, 2018-Mar-13 — /Travel PR News/ — A Highland Perthshire hotel, located in one of Scotland’s most popular set-jetting destinations, has achieved one of VisitScotland’s highest quality assurance award.
Dunalastair Hotel Suites, in the village of Kinloch Rannoch, has been given a five-star grading from the national tourism organisation for demonstrating high standards of excellence and customer service.
Having started life as a village inn over 200 years ago, the Victorian hotel has recently undergone a multi- million pound makeover, creating ‘an oasis of luxury’, combining the building’s historic features with the finest in modern interiors.
Today (Mar 09, 2018), visitors can stay in one of the hotel’s 32 suites and enjoy fine dining in the hotel’s restaurant, Edina’s Kitchen, which uses local ingredients to prepare traditional Scottish dishes.
As well as being a prime destination for hiking, hill-walking, fishing and cycling, Kinloch Rannochis becoming a hot spot for film tourism. The area’s stunning beautiful has appeared in Harry Potter, Trainspotting, Rob Roy and most recently the smash-hit TV series, Outlander.
