Deutsche Hospitality launches four innovative solutions in the area of digital meetings formats

Hybrid Meeting Suites, Hybrid Studios, Hy-End Event and Virtual Meeting Platform – four innovative solutions from Deutsche Hospitality in the area of digital meetings formats. Yoga lessons, catering and cocktail courses can all be added if required

Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 2021-May-08 — /Travel PR News/ — Deutsche Hospitality is embracing the new way of work. Four products are now being implemented in all the group’s hotels worldwide in order to permit the realisation of digital and location-independent concepts. Hybrid Meeting Suites, Hybrid Studios, Hy-End Event and Virtual Meeting Platform all offer innovative solutions for virtual professional events. They also set new standards for a meetings culture that is truly geared towards the future. The platform for Hybreetings by DH is being provided by the events technology provider encore, a company with which Deutsche Hospitality has been successfully collaborating for many years.

“Demand for innovative concepts that facilitate a modern way of working was high even before the onset of the pandemic,” stated Marcus Bernhardt, CEO of Deutsche Hospitality. “The past few months have brought about a crucial acceleration of this trend and have also had a lasting impact on our thoughts regarding contemporary models for remote work and meetings. Our four new events formats are delivered via our own dedicated DH platform and enable us to offer customised solutions for all types of virtual and hybrid events. Hybreetings is the first publicly available product to emerge from Deutsche Hospitality’s reshaped Commercial & Distribution Division, which has been headed by Daniela Schade since December 2020.

Hybrid Meeting Suites

Hybrid Meeting Suites offer a suitable location for virtual conferences, and each Suite is able to accommodate up to 30 participants. The technical highlight of this particular product is a plug & play approach which includes state-of-the-art camera, loudspeaker and microphone equipment at a fixed price. Specialist staff and every other conceivable hotel service are, of course, to hand. Webinars involving up to 400 participants are also possible. Technical support and super-modern cameras, loudspeakers and microphones are available here too, and live surveys can also be carried out.

Hybrid Studios

Deutsche Hospitality current has two permanently installed Broadcast Studios at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel in Frankfurt am Main and at Steigenberger Wiltcher’s in Brussels. Pop-up studios can also be set up at all hotels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland within a very short lead-time. This allows the staging of live-streamed virtual events with an unlimited number of contributors. The necessary technology is once again included, and further possibilities are provided in the form of the sharing of presentations, the recording of sessions, audience interaction and the conducting of surveys. Deutsche Hospitality’s Broadcast Studios offer a live streaming facility in a professional environment.

Hy-End Events

Deutsche Hospitality also has the right solution in place for those who are seeking to organise complex hybrid events. Hy-End Events encompass a tailored set-up for a live audience whilst also streaming to participants at external locations. Deutsche Hospitality makes modern hardware available to organisers. It also takes care of production, streaming and the embedding of multimedia contents.

Virtual Meeting Platform

Deutsche Hospitality’s Virtual Meeting Platform offers a solution for any spontaneous meetings event. Web sessions are delivered in a plug & play format and can be easily and immediately booked at the hotels directly. All common meetings tools are capable of integration, and licences can also be made available. The Virtual Meeting Platform provides a suitable space for everything from small-scale discussions to major conferences and has been designed to handle events involving up to several hundred participants.

And last but not least, Deutsche Hospitality is also presenting another product which takes virtual events to a whole new level. Virtual Venue is also a digital meetings platform, but it goes one step further by facilitating virtual trade fairs with up to 500 people.

The specialist catering firm “Taste of Now” provides culinary highlights by delivering the appropriate “Hybreeting” Box containing selected food and drinks to those joining the digital events from their home offices – all carbon-neutral and in sustainable packaging. Over the next few weeks, Hybreeting will also be launching an all-in package of services for conference breaks. There will also be a number of flexible additional options which customers can choose to book, such as cookery courses, a yoga lesson, DJ sets during which participants mix cocktails together and themed packages relating to interior design and other aspects.

“We see the crisis as a chance to develop further,” added Marcus Bernhardt. “Deutsche Hospitality is a future-looking hotel company. In February 2021, we were named Germany’s most innovative hotel chain by the WELT and ServiceValue Awards. This is the third time in a row that we have received this accolade. This realignment in the field of virtual and hybrid events is an important step within the scope of our expansion strategy and along the pathway to becoming a top three European player.”
