From a three-course meal in EDGE to a mouthwatering buffet, and even the perfect to-go menu for those who prefer to dine in the comfort of their own home, EDGE’s “Thanksgiving Trifecta” offers something for everyone.
EDGE Thanksgiving
Join EDGE on Thursday, November 22, 2012 for a three-course menu served all day from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. The menu includes appetizer choice of maple roasted butternut squash soup, warm duck confit or Colorado goat cheese and yukon potato tart. The main course options include choice of slow roasted Red Bird Farms tom turkey, pepper crusted beef tenderloin or Idaho trout, each with accompanying side dishes. Dessert includes choice of sticky toffee persimmon pudding or lemon pudding cake. The menu is offered for USD 55.00 per adult and USD 20.00 for children 12 and younger. Guests who enjoy Thanksgiving at EDGE will have the chance to take their photo in a modern photo booth, taking home the perfect souvenir of their holiday at EDGE .
Thanksgiving Feast in Cottonwood Ballroom
A second option offered by Four Seasons Hotel Denver is a grand Thanksgiving Feast buffet, in the Hotel’s Cottonwood Ballroom on the second floor. This Ballroom option will feature banquet tables perfect for large families or groups, ample space, and activities for children, including a craft station and more. In addition to a buffet with all the traditional Thanksgiving dishes, also featured will be a sushi station, eggs benedict bar, omelet station, seafood bar, numerous carving stations and more. The Thanksgiving Feast is offered for USD 75.00 per adult and USD 20.00 for children 12 and younger.
Thanksgiving To-Go
For those who prefer not to cook, EDGE is offering the perfect solution: Thanksgiving served To-Go. Orders can be placed by phone from now until noon on November 19. Each order includes a dinner for eight. The menu includes a field green salad, oven roasted tom turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry orange relish, and the following side dishes: dried fruit and sage stuffing, bourbon smashed sweet potatoes, buttermilk herb mashed potatoes, braised winter root vegetables, and brioche and wheat rolls. For dessert, choose between pumpkin, pecan or apple pie with whipped cream.

Thanksgiving Snacks at EDGE Bar
Many Denverites enjoy going out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and so on Wednesday, November 21, EDGE Bar will be ready to celebrate. A DJ will be available for entertainment, and in addition to delicious fall cocktails and two happy hours – early and late night – EDGE Bar will offer a special turkey-theme bar menu. Available from Wednesday, November 21 through Sunday, November 25, the menu includes a turkey slider with cranberry relish and arugula, USD 12.00; turkey pot pie with autumn vegetables and herb gravy, USD 14.00; roasted turkey melt with asiago cheese and walnut cranberry watercress salad, USD 15.00; and sweet potato french fries with maple chipotle aioli, USD 7.00.
