Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., 2022-Mar-22 — /Travel PR News/ — The capital’s recently awarded steak restaurant Butcher & Still located at the lobby level of Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is starting the summer season off with the addition of a Friday lunch service. The 1920s steakhouse has expanded its offerings with this new Friday-only menu beginning Friday, March 25, 2022.
As Head Chef of Butcher & Still, Marshall Allen Röth has been in charge of serving up exceptional food moments for the restaurant’s discerning guests since its 2016 opening. Built around fresh, seasonal ingredients, the new Friday lunch menu available between 1:00 and 4:00 pm includes dishes unique to Butcher & Still’s already popular dinner items.
Diners will be enticed to ease into the weekend with Friday lunch dishes such as the American classic corn chowder, the smoked chicken Cobb salad, and a choice of three platters to share including the American bounty, generous cheese, and Butcher & Still sausage platters. The baby seafood tower, a little sister to the grand seafood tower available during dinner service, will be a real treat for those already in favour of the steak restaurant’s glamorous 1920s Chicago concept.
A choice of four jumbo deli sandwiches – reuben, club, roast beef, croquet monsieur – provides diners with lighter options suited for a midday meal. The final explosion of summer flavours is the Peach Melba with raspberry, and peach flavours dancing around a generous scoop of homemade vanilla ice-cream.
As a prime downtown destination, Butcher & Still will soon become a favoured Friday power lunch spot to neighbouring office buildings and Al Maryah Island residents. The curated lunch menu invites guests to kick off the weekend with a culinary adventure that engages all the senses, from the aesthetics of the restaurant, to the textures and colours of the dishes and aromas of fresh ingredients.
However, it takes more than just having a good product on the plate either for lunch or for dinner. Chef Marshall points to staying true to the concept as a big factor behind Butcher & Still’s growing popularity in the discerning dining culture of Abu Dhabi. “Our guests are knowledgeable, and appreciate the carefully styled menu that accurately represents the 1920s way of cooking, whether that’s our unique style of cooking, or the homemade butter and sauces we create from scratch,” he adds. Röth gives great credit to his dedicated team on the service floor, who carry the Butcher & Still experience to the guest with their very own style of professionalism, passion and often good humour. This laid back, friendly style has quickly led to the growth of a dedicated following of return patrons to the restaurant. “Our guests quickly start to feel that they are part of the Butcher & Still family, and our regulars are friends more than customers.”
