Bahrain Airport Company conducted a successful fire drill at Bahrain International Airport (BIA)

Manama, Bahrain, 2015-4-8 — /Travel PR News/ — Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) in collaboration with the General Administration of Civil Defense, the Bahrain International Airport Fire and Rescue Department, the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs and the Ministry of Interior, conducted a successful fire drill at Bahrain International Airport (BIA) on the 1st of April, from 11:30am to 12.30pm at the fourth level of the Terminal Building.

BIA’s fire and rescue teams conducted the exercise with an active participation from all departments and stakeholders. Such exercises are regularly undertaken at BIA to assess the preparedness and speed of action of BIA’s safety and security teams and ensure the highest standards are always adhered to for the benefit of all airport users.

BAC thanked all those who actively participated in the drill and expressed their thanks and appreciation to the general public for their understanding and support.
