Aurora Spa’s exclusive ASPAR product range for Qantas customers visiting its First Lounges

New South Wales, AUSTRALIA, 2015-4-14 — /Travel PR News/ — Qantas’ First Lounge spa provider Aurora Spa, has developed an exclusive ASPAR product range for Qantas customers visiting its First Lounges.

Launching today in all Qantas First Lounges (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland and Los Angeles), the bespoke range includes a hand wash, hand and body cream, body cleanser and shampoo and conditioner, developed with botanical ingredients to relax and hydrate skin before flying.

Aurora Spa Founder Lyndall Mitchell said the Aurora team had been working with Qantas since the introduction of the spa treatments in the Sydney and Melbourne First Lounges to develop a product range specially designed for the international traveller.

“We have developed the exclusive ASPAR Qantas First range that features beautiful ingredients such as sandalwood and desert lime, as well as pure essential oils and botanically active ingredients to help naturally restore and hydrate the body. This is ideal for the skin prior to an international flight,” said Ms Mitchell.

Qantas Head of International Creative Development and Customer Experience Kylie Morris said she was pleased to launch the new range.

“We are really pleased to offer a product range that suits the very needs of customers travelling on a long haul flight. We plan to continue our journey with Aurora and introduce the products onboard later this year,” said Ms Morris.

The range includes:

• Mandarin & Sandalwood Hand Wash with bergamot, desert lime and lotus to cleanse, soothe and condition the hands.

• Patchouli & Shea Hand & Body Cream with sandalwood, cedar and sweet almond, a deeply hydrating treatment for all skin types to moisturise, soothe and replenish dry or dehydrated skin.

• Sweet Orange & Patchouli Body Cleanser with desert lime, sandalwood and cedar, gently cleaning and refreshing the body and conditioning the skin.

• Sandalwood & Bergamot Revitalising Shampoo & Conditioner with nettle, clary sage and mandarin to protect and hydrate hair.

Available in the Qantas Sydney and Melbourne First Lounges, each spa offers an exclusive signature treatment, as well as a series of 20-minute massages, facial treatments and hand and foot therapies. With a focus on muscle relaxation and skin hydration, the treatments are tailored to address customers’ preflight needs.

Qantas offers the ASPAR (Aurora Spa Rituals) product range including hand wash, hand cream, body cleanser, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms of the Qantas Domestic and International Business Lounges.
