Applications now accepted for CEO of the American Association of Airport Executives

Alexandria, VA, 2013-05-06 — /travelprnews.com/ — Applications are now being accepted for the position of Chief Executive Officer of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), following Charles “Chip” Barclay’s March 27th announcement that he will retire from the position effective December 1, 2013.

The position requires intellect, vision, strong leadership skills, and an ability to work closely with the association’s board of directors, regional chapters and staff. Successful candidates should demonstrate the far-sighted leadership necessary to set the overall direction of an established dynamic organization that has significantly influenced the aviation industry of the United States for the past 80 years.

The open application period will be Monday, May 6, 2013 through the close of business on Friday, June 7, 2013. The website will be available for applications during that time only. Applicants must submit a cover letter (one page), a resume (two pages), and four references (one page).
