PARIS, 2016-Nov-03 — /Travel PR News/ — On 2 November 2016, Air France launched its new Paris-Charles de Gaulle – San José service. The Company’s customers can now travel between the two cities thanks to two weekly flights operated by Boeing 777-300, with a capacity of 468 seats – 14 in Business, 32 in Premium Economy and 422 in Economy.

In addition, Air France is extending this new offer by strengthening its partnership with Copa Airlines. Upon obtaining government approval, Air France customers will be able to fly to San José with 2 daily flights operated on a code share basis with Copa Airlines, as a continuation of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle – Panama City route operated by Air France. In this way, passengers will benefit from a single ticket for their entire trip, a wider choice of flights to Costa Rica, baggage transfer to their final destination and will earn Miles on all code share flights.

Over 3,500 Air France cabin crew therefore speak Spanish and assist customers on the company’s entire long-haul network.
Air France and KLM also offer a selection of South American newspapers and magazines. Both airlines’ new travel cabins offer large HD screens with close to 1,200 hours of programmes for all passengers. Some films in their original version or subtitled in Spanish and South American music are available on demand on the network’s routes.
