Zurich Airport honoured with World Travel Award for customer-friendliness and consistent high quality for the 15th consecutive year

For the 15th time in succession, Zurich Airport has received the prestigious World Travel Award for its customer-friendliness and consistent high quality.

ZURICH, Switzerland, 2018-Jul-05 — /Travel PR News/ — The evaluation criteria included customer-friendliness and the general quality standards of products and services. In its category, Zurich Airport won out against nine competitors: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Hamburg, Lisbon, London/Heathrow, Munich, Paris/Charles de Gaulle, Pristina and Moscow/Sheremetyevo.

Stephan Widrig, CEO of Zurich Airport, emphasised the excellent cooperation between the airport operator and its partner companies: “This award goes to all the companies at Zurich Airport, as they all contribute to the high quality of our airport.”

The World Travel Award has honoured outstanding service providers in the travel and tourism sector since 1993. The contest is advertised internationally, and the prizes awarded by London-based media house World Travel Awards Ltd. (www.worldtravelawards.com). The ratings result from an Internet survey of travel experts and the general public.
