About the Airport Service Quality Programme
The ASQ Survey is part of the ACI’s Airport Quality Service Initiative – a global initiative to improve the passenger experience at airports worldwide. By providing a global benchmark of passenger satisfaction, ASQ enables airports to see where they stand relative to their peers and competitors. This helps airports prioritize improvement projects and validates investments in new facilities and services.
This world class benchmarking programme has over 275 airports participating. Monthly passenger satisfaction surveys are completed which allow airports to plan improvements and benchmark customer service.
